HeartShare Wellness makes a world of difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their caregivers!
HeartShare Wellness is a community-based health care center that provides high quality, patient-friendly health care services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in New York City and surrounding communities.
Our services are targeted to individuals with disabilities who often find it difficult to obtain adequate primary and specialty medical care, as well as rehabilitation and counseling services, in clinics or practice settings serving the general population.
HeartShare Wellness offers comprehensive and coordinated care delivered by Board-certified and licensed physicians who have extensive experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, Fragile X Syndrome, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, neurological impairment, and traumatic brain injury.
Our physicians and clinicians have the training, skills and compassion to meet the unique needs of individuals with disabilities, as well as those who are multiply disabled and/or have a dual diagnosis.

Convenient to B26, B38, B41, B52 and B54 busses, as well as 2, 3, 4, 5, A, E, F, N and R subway lines.
For those who cannot travel by public transportation, door-to-door transportation can be arranged.

- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9am - 8pm
- Tuesday and Friday: 9am - 5pm
- Saturday: 10am - 5pm
