Affiliation
While independently incorporated, HeartShare Wellness is affiliated with HeartShare Human Services of New York, making it part of a comprehensive network of services that assist thousands of children, youth, adults and families in New York City annually. In particular, HeartShare Human Services offers a continuum of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families that includes:
- Residential Programs
- Adult Day and Employment Programs
- Community Habilitation
- Preschool and School Age Education Programs
- Medicaid Service Coordination
- Fragile X Information and Referral
- Family Support Services, including Overnight Respite, Respite Recreation, Parent Training, Evaluations and Financial Reimbursement

For those who cannot travel by public transportation, door-to-door transportation can be arranged.
