HeartShare Wellness, Ltd. is a non-profit health care clinic. While patients use Medicare, Medicaid and/or their private insurance to pay for services, HeartShare Wellness welcomes donations and grants from the public to meet various patient needs. This could include enhancing patient services and purchasing specialized medical equipment.

For those who cannot travel by public transportation, door-to-door transportation can be arranged.
