10th Anniversary Celebration
On June 22, 2010, HeartShare Wellness celebrated its 10th Anniversary by hosting an Open House and Reception for our patients, their families and caregivers, our staff, our Board members and our special friends. It was a special afternoon full of wide smiles by all and special accolades for the people who help to make HeartShare Wellness the special health services environment that it is.

Convenient to B26, B38, B41, B52 and B54 busses, as well as 2, 3, 4, 5, A, E, F, N and R subway lines.
For those who cannot travel by public transportation, door-to-door transportation can be arranged.

- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9am - 8pm
- Tuesday and Friday: 9am - 5pm
- Saturday: 10am - 5pm
